EBU General Assembly participants and accompanying persons will be able to obtain an entry-exit visa when arriving at the airport upon presentation of a completed visa application form. Delegates will find a link to this form here but are advised that this form will also be distributed on the plane prior to arrival in Baku.

This visa upon arrival service will be provided at the VIP terminal at Haydar Aliyev International Airport where delegates will be met by an ICTIMAI host.

In addition to the completed application form, delegates are required to bring:

• 2 passport photos (size 3x4)

• Visa fee (USD 90 / € 70)

For those of you who, nevertheless, wish to obtain a visa in advance in your respective countries, up-to-date-information about visa requirements is available on the Azerbaijan Ministry of Foreign Affairs website (English version) - link http://www.mfa.gov.az/eng.
