REGISTRATION

An email notification that your registration has been received will be sent to you automatically.

Any changes to your registration must be sent in writing to the EBU to:
Olgica Rijavec, rijavec@ebu.ch or by fax +41 22 747 20 65.

ACCOMMODATION

Personal Account
It is understood that individual guests will be responsible for their own accommodation and incidental expenses. All charges incurred are to be settled at the time of departure.

Reservation guarantee
It is understood that each individual will be requested directly by Hyatt (by email following the booking process) to guarantee their booking by personal credit card. Delegates are responsible for submitting this information directly to Hyatt as requested and will receive a confirmation of their reservation guarantee directly from Hyatt. Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation after confirmation, the following cancellation fee will be applicable.

• Between 29 days and 20 days prior to arrival, one night cancellation fee.
• Between 20 days and 15 days prior to arrival, 50% of total estimated charges.
• Between 14 days and date of arrival or in case of no shows, 100% of total estimated charges.
• All cancellations must be sent in written form to the EBU to: Olgica Rijavec, rijavec@ebu.ch or by fax +41 22 747 20 65.

Check-in and Check-out
• Once your reservation is confirmed with the hotel, your room will be guaranteed upon your arrival no matter how late you check-in.
• Please be advised that the check-in time to the hotel is 14:00 and the check-out time is 12:00 noon.
• All guests departing until 15:00 will be charged for late check out at 50% of room rate, unless prior authorization has been given by a Hyatt representative.
• All guests departing after 15:00 will be charged for late check out at 100% of room rate, unless prior authorization has been given by a Hyatt representative.

Room rates are:
• Exclusive of 18% VAT
• Exclusive of Municipality Tax of AZN 1.10 per person per night
• Inclusive of breakfast
• Rate is quoted in New Azeri Manats
• A supplement of AZN 5.- (per room, per stay) to be applied for emptying the minibar
• A supplement of AZN 150.- (per room, per stay) to be applied for changing a set up in guestroom
• A supplement of AZN 20.- would be applied for the extra occupancy
